WHEATSHEAF HEATHERSIDE FC OLD BOYS WEEKLY REPORT

The Old Boys were at home to Hawley Select in the Prelim round of the Premier Cup. After several weeks with no football it was ironic that the squad were scrabbling for players and had to start with a bare 11. The Old Boys put up a good battle against another strong Premier side however with only the minimum of players and some key ones missing, it was always going to be an uphill fight. The final score was 0-2 to Hawley who will now go on to meet Eversley in the next round, leaving the Old Boys to concentrate their efforts on what remained of the league this year. This week they are at home against Rushmoor Sunday in a league match and very much hoping they can get a full squad out : MOTM - TBA
